Refund and Dispute Policy

There are two options when you work with me.

Option One: You paid the $1,000 flat rate fee up front.

Please understand that there is no guarantee that you will make money. I cannot make a guarantee to you since I do not know anything about your business or your customer list.

If you have a profitable active customer list, this could turn out to be your best option. For example, you could make $40,000 but you will only pay the 1K (not 4K). There are NO refunds with Option One.

Option Two: You took me up on my free offer to set up a personalized 5-day campaign for your business.

You are agreeing to pay me 10% (or another percentage that we have negotiated) on your sales for the period of the promotion.

Let's call this a "handshake deal" because there is no contract to sign. You and I will look each other in the eye, smile, shake hands and laugh out loud about the ridiculous amount of money we are going to make.

If you are not satisfied with the results after my powerful 5-day campaign is completed, then you are not obligated to pay me anything.

I do not believe in having ill will or in conducting legal battles.

I just want you to be happy which, ideally, includes you being my happy customer. Since you did not pay me anything up front, you will have lost a little time but that time is your only "expense." I believe that this "let's stay friends" approach is more than fair. Let's just focus on making some serious moolah together! :)
